Is CURCUMIN one of the most important supplementstake?

In my opinion it is, the problem is that not all brands are created the same so when choosing a brand make sure you pick one that meets the following criteria:

1 – 95% standardised 

2 – contains curcuminoids

3 – is NOT just Turmeric root of any type

4 – includes Bioperine or black pepper for increased absorption

For me the brand i choose is Jarrow, the dose i advise you to use is to get 500 to 1,000 milligrams of curcuminoids per day
